Due to the Covid-19 pandemic NASDEA halted its efforts to hold bi-annual meetings starting in April 2020. As the situation unfolded the NASDEA Board of Directors suspended its meetings from the Spring of 2020 up through the Fall of 2021. As of July 2021, the Board has decided to re-engage and start meeting in the Spring of 2022. NASDEA will hold its Spring conference in Wilmington, NC in May and the hosting agency will be the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation. The Fall 2022 conference will be in San Antonio, TX and hosted by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
